Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges on any of our products.

However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package by emailing us at ask.highgentry@gmail.com. Be sure to include clear images and a video of the item showing the issue. Requests submitted without proper documentation will not be accepted.

In the event you receive a damaged product, we will provide a replacement.

All products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of significant manufacturing defects.


Refunds

We do not offer refunds, except in the rare case where we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.


Cancellations

We are unable to accommodate any cancellation requests once an order has been placed.


Shipping & Delivery

Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

Once your order is placed, delivery details will be shared via email or SMS. Tracking information will be sent by our logistics partner or through our email: ask.highgentry@gmail.com.

In case of a shipping delay, customers will be notified with updated timelines.

Important: For prepaid orders, if the shipping address or contact information provided is incorrect and results in failed delivery, the order will be considered fulfilled. A second delivery attempt will be made after confirming the correct details, and additional shipping charges will apply.

Delivery Disputes

Please contact us immediately at ask.highgentry@gmail.com if:

  • Your order status shows as "Delivered" but you have not received it.

  • The package is reported lost or stolen.

  • Items are missing or appear to be tampered with upon delivery.

Please note: The investigation and resolution process for delivery disputes may take 7-14 days, during which we will coordinate closely with our shipping partners to resolve the issue.
